An eight-week founder-led cohort for practitioners walking households through the Foundations corridor of Family Stabilization. For social workers, DCFS caseworkers, family service providers, behavioral health professionals, and faith-rooted family practitioners. The methodology is denser and the data-collection load is higher than the Parenting Pathway. Pricing reflects that.

HAVEN™ — the relational methodology of family stabilization — wasn't designed at a desk. It was lived first. Through three generations of Illinois public service. Through raising a daughter at seventeen and watching her become a placement worker in the same system her great-grandfather served for twenty-eight years. Through the kinship work that named what didn't have a name yet. Through every elder who poured into who I am still becoming.
Village Roots Publishing™ is the publishing house behind the methodology. The Village Formation Collective™ is the broader ecosystem the methodology is building toward — campuses, cohorts, families, and the trained practitioners who carry HAVEN™ into their own work.
Books carry the work to scale. Cohorts deliver the practice. Practitioner certification creates the network. And every family who walks any part of HAVEN™ becomes part of the larger Village this work is being built to hold.
This work was built for the historically underrepresented. Lived experience is part of what made it necessary. The structural absence of these services — for the families and communities the coordinated formation system has structured itself around but never structured itself FOR — is the rest of it. The Village Formation Collective™ exists because the coordinated formation ecosystem I am building did not exist for the people I built it for. Three generations of my own family held the work without infrastructure. The absence of services is the unspoken curriculum historically underrepresented families have been forced to graduate from.
I built the corridor because no one was going to build it for us.
